If you have an issue with video playback, please try the following:
- Switch browsers. Example, the LMS platform works well in Chrome, but not “Great” in Internet Explorer. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as the browser to watch TekDog videos.
- Close the browser and try again.
- Restart your computer
Most of these issues are easily resolved just by using the Google Chrome browser. If this still does not resolve the issue we recommend contacting your internal IT department as they possibly could be blocking content from our website.
